Appointments
Appointments can be made in advance, excluding weekends, via:
- Visiting our Consulting Room
- Booking an appointment via Patient Access
- Calling the practice on 01384 426929
Please remember an appointment is for 1 person only.
Routine appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.
Extended Hours (Pre-bookable only)
Available up to 2 weeks in advance for people whose work commitments limit their access to medical care. Please call for details.
Extended hours: Monday, 18:30 – 20:30
Emergency Appointments
Emergency appointments are available for problems that cannot wait. You will be given a specific time however, you may have to wait to be seen by whichever doctor is available. If the condition is not thought to be urgent you may be asked to make a routine appointment. Please do not use these appointments for long-standing or trivial complaints. Patients who continually abuse this service will receive a warning letter. Only the acute problem will be dealt with within the appointment.
Telephone Advice
The doctors may deal with your problem with advice over the phone, taken between 11:30 and 12:00. If the doctor is busy, a message will be taken with the doctor calling back or suggesting an alternative time to ring.
Cancelling Appointments
If unable to make an appointment, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible. If you are 10 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to re-book.
